Housing management agent
In 1960 ATHERAC began its housing management agent business with management of its first condominium "LA CLE DES CHAMPS" located at Les Riffroids.
Undertaken in turn by Fernand THEVENET, Patrick THEVENET and Jean-Claude GOURDON, today this demanding responsibility is the task of Alberte FRAGNOUD and Philippe ROUSSEAU who manage more than 140 condominiums, aided by two assistants and two accountants.
Their mission consists of managing the buildings entrusted to them on the decision of the Co-owners' Meetings. In compliance with co-ownership regulations and applicable legislation, they undertake to apply the resolutions adopted concerning establishment of operating accounts and budgets, carrying out of work and upkeep of the common areas and their facilities.
Based on the principle of separate accounts specific to each condominium and on the specimen policy defined by the FNAIM, administration of real estate complexes is carried out in co-ordination with co-owner councils and consultation.
