In 1998, ATHERAC set up its own holiday rental service "LOCATHERAC" to optimise rental management and efficiency of the properties with which it is entrusted. A team of 6 people, dedicated solely to this activity, guarantees customised management, regular follow-up, rigorous organisation and a high degree of availability.

Aims of the holiday rental agency:

• commercialisation in France and overseas of apartments and chalets in its capacity as authorised agent (legal representative)
  
• organisation and drafting of contracts for private individuals and travel agencies (work committees, on-line travel agencies, central booking offices, tourist offices)
  
• receipt of all sums owing the agency by the tenant
  
• professional advice to owners concerning fit-up, renovation and upkeep of their property

• a flexible mode of operation leaving you free to reside in your apartment or chalet whenever you wish, while offering it for rental during your periods of absence. You are thus in full control of your property's availability, knowing that it will only be available for rental during the periods you have indicated beforehand
• a tenancy relationship suited to your needs, with optimised income or simply a sum intended to cover occupancy expenses and taxes
• automatic transfer of your rental income to your co-owner account, if your property is managed by ATHERAC as housing management agent.
